  1. Start by heating the oven to 170° C/ 325° F with a fan
  2. Next, blend the eggs, the cottage cheese, the coconut flour, the butter, and the vanilla extract in a bowl with a hand blender or a mixer.
  3. When the batter becomes fully homogeneous, transfer into a small baking pan and decorate with the fruits.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Finally, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool down completely.
  6. Spread some honey on top, if you desire.
