Homemade Vegan Mint Ice Cream
  1. First, soak the cashew in some clean water for at least 2 hours.
  2. Next, peel the bananas and cut them in slices.
  3. Now, strain the nuts and wash then thoroughly with water.
  4. Place them in a blender along with the banana slices, the mint leaves, and the honey.
  5. Homogenize the mixture well, and add the cacao powder.
  6. Stir one last time and the ice cream is ready for the final step.
  7. Pour the mixture into suitable molds and freeze overnight.
