Metabolism-Boosting Vegan Chocolate Recipe

  1. Simply combine all compounds in a kitchen chopper, a blender or a robot and homogenize the mixture completely.
  2. Remember to add the chili powder slowly in order to control the hotness of the mixture. If you do not tolerate too much of it, add a smaller amount.
  3. Finally, pour the mixture into candy molds (or ice cube molds) and refrigerate for a few hours until they set. Consume for up to two weeks, although I am sure they will disappear overnight!

* Feel free to prepare the low carb version of this awesome vegan chocolate recipe by substituting the honey with liquid stevia or other keto-friendly sweetener, such as erythritol and xylithol.

The quantity of the stevia will depend on the type of product you use. Most extracts have a ratio to sugar as follows:
1 cup sugar = 1 tsp. liquid or powdered stevia
1 Tbsp. sugar = 1/4 tsp. powdered (6-9 drops liquid stevia)
1 tsp. sugar = a pinch of powdered (2-4 drops liquid stevia)

Keep in mind that there are other types of stevia extracts with different ratios, for example 1:1.
Eventually, experiment and see what quantities suit your taste best!
