Instructions
  1. Mix the gelatin with some pure lukewarm water.
  2. Stir and wait for it to bulge up.
  3. In the meantime, heat the milk to body temperature and add the honey.
  4. Stir well to melt the bee product. Remember – if the liquid is hotter than body temperature, it will destroy the healthy ingredients in the honey!
  5. Next, take the milk off the heat and mix it with the gelatin. Let the mixture cool down completely
  6. Take the yogurt and whisk it to remove any lumps. healthy desserts.
  7. Now start slowly pouring the milk while still stirring with a fork (or a whisk).
  8. When the mixture is fully blended, transfer it to small dessert cups and place them in the fridge for the panna cotta to set.
  9. Before serving, turn the cups upside down to release the dessert and garnish with some homemade jam!
