Love pudding? Don’t know about you but I am a huge fan of it! They are usually very easy to make and super delicious.

But, sadly, the store-bought ones are not very healthy. What a shocker! 😀

Commercial puddings are usually packed with starches, white sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, etc. These are definitely not the best ingredients for our bodies!

It has its distinct dairy taste but enhanced with some of my favorite fruit flavors – strawberries and pears! And the texture is… mmmmmm…

Instructions
  1. Start preparing the strawberry pudding by cutting the pear and removing its seeds.
  2. Next, place the sour cream, the cream cheese, the pear, and the strawberries in a blender and stir.
  3. In a while, add the honey and continue blending the ingredients.
  4. Now it’s time to dissolve the gelatin – mix it with the water and wait a little bit for it to start bulging.
  5. Next, place the gelatin in a double boiler (a metal pot with water) and heat it.
  6. Stir until it becomes completely transparent.
  7. Now add the liquid gelatin to the strawberry pudding mixture in the blender and stir again.
  8. When all ingredients are fully mixed and blended, pour the pudding in suitable glass cups and let them cool in the fridge.
  9. The gluten-free sugar-free strawberry pudding is ready! Enjoy!

Full recipe (about 800 grams) : energy - 1063 kcal, fat - 80 g, proteins - 18.5 g, total carbs - 68 g, net carbs - 57.3 g.
This recipe usually yields about 5 dessert cups (with about 140 ml capacity) and each cup will contain about 212 kcal, 16 g fat, 3.7 g protein, and about 11.5 grams net carbs!
