Today I am sharing with you my favorite spirit healing potion which has many benefits and it is something anyone should try at least once in their lifetime!
It is one of my favorite Ayurvedic detox tea recipes for your anti aging detox and effective immune system boosting.
This turmeric detox tea is probably one of the best detox drinks for fast weight loss which will to help you flush out the harmful bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
How will this detox tea help me lose weight?
In other words – how does the detox tea work for weight loss?
It’s easy! The magical turmeric root and the wonderful benefits of raw ginger juice support and boost the liver. One of the many functions of our largest internal organ is the process of metabolizing the nutrients we take from food. So, by supporting the liver, we improve and speed our metabolism as well!

Of course, remember that this is merely an addition to your healthy weight loss diet plan and exercise routine!

This Ayurvedic detox tea can work as a natural strep throat remedy as well! The ginger root will warm the affected area and gently purify the whole body.

What are we going to need for this magical anti aging tea recipe?
As mentioned before, the main ingredients for this detoxing paleo detox drink are turmeric and ginger root. If you do not have the rhizomes, do not worry, just substitute with their powdered versions (golden milk spice and ground ginger root powder).
Also, remember that this liver cleansing drink recipe contains honey which is a powerful bee product. If you have an intolerance, an allergy, or if you follow a strict vegan lifestyle, feel free to substitute the honey with maple syrup or coconut sugar.
And finally, if you want to take your weight loss efforts to the next level and make this a keto friendly drink recipe, you can skip the sweeteners or add some stevia extract, high quality monk fruit, or some of the other LCHF approved sweeteners based on sugar alcohols such as erythritol and xylitol. But in my opinion, in this case, I would leave the tea unsweetened.
