This season I want to add something to my spring bucket list that I have been putting off for quite some time. And that’s learning Tai Chi! I have been hearing so many positives about practicing this Eastern discipline, that I have always wanted to try it out! What inspires me to learn Tai Chi is that it works on so many levels – physical, energetic, mental, emotional, etc. It is a form of physical activity, but it also stimulates the flow of our vital energy force (chi), aaaand works as a mindfulness practice (perfect for those who have difficulties meditating). And for people like me with chronic issues with the spine and joints, gentle movements like this is ideal to avoid further injuries. So, I invite you to join me this spring to learn some basic Tai Chi and wake up our bodies from the lazy winter days! Let’s grab a beginner’s tutorial and get moving!
